My name is Sadie, and I am a high school senior in Idaho. I grew up on a small island in Alaska, and I moved to Idaho about four years ago. I work in the office at 360 gymnastics. I plan to attend the University of Idaho in the fall. I love working out, discovering new yummy and healthy foods (for the most part), and spending time with my family. I could spend hours on Pinterest, and the sunshine makes me happy.
I have two little sisters, who are my best friends. I also have my boyfriend, Chad. We have been together for over a year and a half. My parents are divorced, I like to make sure I spend plenty of time with them both before I leave next year. I am very close to them as well.

I cheered for two years at my school, but this year I decided not to try out. I wanted to keep some way to keep in shape, so last summer I got a gym membership with my boyfriend. I ended up going everyday, I love it. Definitely a great choice! I switched gyms in the fall to another gym that offered group fitness classes. I really enjoy those now! I normally go 5-6 times per week. I try to do three days of light cardio with strength training, and then three days of longer cardio. I wake up at 4:30 every morning to go to the gym before school. I love working out in the morning. It is a great jump start to my day. Fitness is definitely an important part of my life.
After being more active for six months, I have decided to try to make my eating habits healthier. After following other healthy lifestyle blogs, I have found some great recipes. I am becoming more adventurous with food than I ever have before. I actually grew up as an extremely picky eater. I want to learn healthier food options, especially before I go to college in the fall. I don’t want to gain the “Freshman 15”!
I don’t want to just blog my workouts and my meals. I want to document my way through my senior year and college!
